Mirolin Main Bath

This was a typical 1980's main bath layout (including the coloured porcelain!).  Although there was no flexibility to re-design the space, the transition to modern materials and colours made a world of difference.  We stayed on budget with a standard tub and large porcelain tiles, but splurged with heated flooring and a functional custom vanity.
